There have been two reports over night in relation to a Summerhouse  been broken into on Bangor Road, Johnstown and an attempt break in of a Garage on Park Road , Newbridge. 

If anyone has any information or CCTV on Bangor Road that has captured anything suspicious please contact 101 with reference C181769

Please ensure you secure all outbuildings and Garages and keep valuables out of sight.

The use of CCTV cameras can be excellent crime prevention and detection tool. Ensure the system is specific to your needs - consider lighting , location and night vision.

Install security lighting to illuminate your home and garden. Motion sensored security lighting is also regarded as effective deterrent.
